Refund policy

Cancel an Order:

-At Black Pad Coffee Company each coffee order is roasted fresh. If you need to cancel a coffee order please message us immediately, notify us within 6 hours in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are not guaranteed if you wait longer than 6 hours to cancel your order. 

Return Policy:

- Coffee and tea cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order (wrong coffee, wrong size, etc.) please message us immediately and we will correct your order at no cost to you.

-Merchandise can be returned for up to 14 days after receival, message us for shipping information. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received and undamaged in order to receive a full refund.
